Refund policy
The 30-day money-back guarantee is the entire policy. This page is the formal wording of it.

The policy, in one line
Every guide carries a 30-day money-back guarantee: if it is not what you needed, reply to your order email within 30 days and you get a full refund, no questions asked.
What is covered
Every guide and every bundle bought directly on theparentedgeguides.com. The window is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, and no reason is required. The plain English version of all of this, and the thinking behind it, is on the guarantee page.
This guarantee is offered voluntarily. It sits on top of any statutory rights you have where you live, and it does not replace them.
How to ask for a refund
Reply to your order email and say you want a refund, or write to [email protected] from the address you used at checkout. If you write from a different address, include the checkout address or your order number, and name the guide. There is no form to fill in and no questionnaire to complete.
Refunds are approved within two business days of the request. If you tell me what fell short, that helps the next revision, but it is never a condition of the refund.
How the money comes back
- The full amount you paid, including any tax charged, refunded to the original payment method.
- Issued through Stripe, the same processor that took the payment. A refund cannot be paid to a different card or by any other route.
- Typically visible within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. The timing after Stripe releases the money is out of our hands.
- No fee is deducted, and nothing is charged to you for making the request.
- Nothing has to be sent back. Guides are files and no physical item ships, so there is nothing to return and no return postage to pay.
What happens to your access
Issuing a refund cancels the entitlement it paid for. The download links for that order stop working at that point and the guide is removed from your library. The copy already downloaded to your device is yours to keep: you will not be asked to delete it, and you will not be asked to prove that you did. Requiring that would be theater, and it would be unenforceable.
The license granted in the terms ends with the refund. The restrictions on sharing, posting, and reselling the file continue to apply to any copy you still hold.
One refund per guide
The guarantee covers each guide once. Buying the same guide again after it has been refunded does not start a second 30-day window, and where a pattern of repeated refunds across many orders makes it clear the catalog is being read for free, future orders may be declined. Nobody who has bought a guide in good faith needs to worry about this clause.
Bundles
A bundle is refunded as a whole, at the price paid for it. A single guide cannot be returned out of a bundle while the rest is kept, because the bundle price is a discount on the set.
If something is simply broken
A file that will not open, a link that expired, or a missing page is not a refund matter. Write and it gets fixed, usually the same day, and you keep the guide. If it cannot be fixed, the refund is automatic, whether or not the 30 days have run out.
Please write before disputing a charge
If something goes wrong, email first. A refund by email takes minutes; a dispute raised with your bank takes weeks and helps neither of us. There is no situation where writing gets you a worse outcome than a chargeback would.
